Oneida Man Arrested on Child Exploitation Charges

ONEIDA, NY – The New York State Police arrested Jeremy J. Neidhart, 35, of Oneida, NY, on March 11, 2025, following an investigation into the transmission of child sexual exploitation material over the internet.
Neidhart faces the following charges:
Two counts of Promoting a Sexual Performance by a Child (Class D felony)
Two counts of Possession of Sexual Performance by a Child (Class E felony)
The arrest resulted from an Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force investigation, which led to the execution of a search warrant. The operation was a coordinated effort involving:

Following his arrest, Neidhart was transported to Madison County CAP Court for centralized arraignment.
